Ok guys I LOVE shooting proposals! It is so incredibly nerve-wracking and high-pressure and you feel like a creepy stalker (sometimes hiding in bushes so the person who’s about to be proposed to doesn’t catch on) but it is all worth it when you see the reaction! The raw emotions that happen during a proposal are literally why I love what I do for a living. And popping the question at Ringling Museum’s Ca d’Zan is extra amazing. Thank you Joel & Brooke for including me in this amazing moment (and thank you to the group of random girls who let me pretend to be taking photos of you when she walked up!!).

You kind of can’t go wrong taking portraits on the grounds of Ringling Museum, even on a hot and steamy summer day! Brittany & Andy rocked it out despite the heat for this romantic and adorable engagement session, complete with a gorgeous Camilyn Beth dress. I can’t wait to shoot their wedding next Spring!
For Caitlin & Eddie’s engagement session we decided to go back to the scene of the crime, the downtown St. Pete restaurant Cassis, where this sweet couple went after he popped the question! I love finding new locations to shoot at, especially when they have so much meaning to my clients. After hanging out in the café we wandered around downtown and ended our session at Vinoy Park. I can’t wait to shoot their wedding this fall!
