Ok two things I love about Abi & Bobby, they had their first date at Chipotle (amazing!) and they are related to my amazing couple from last year, Val & Rory (Rory is Abi’s brother and he was their ceremony officiant). So I was extra excited about this wedding because I already loved them plus I would have the chance to work with a planner I’ve loved for so long, Kelly McWilliams (please check out her work, it’s stunning but also follow her on IG, she is hilarious!). As their wedding week arrived the news about COVID-19 was changing by the HOUR, but we were all still holding out hope that plans would stay the same, and Abi & Bobby were determined to say “I Do” no matter what. 36 hours before their wedding day the original plan was out the window, the event was moved to their house & about 100 of their guests wouldn’t be able to attend. But Kelly managed to pull together key vendors to create ACTUAL MAGIC in their backyard (Abi said how happy she was to finally have people over to their house because they hadn’t even had a housewarming party yet!). It was such a special and amazing day and I could not have been more happy to be part of it. P.S. We are planning a gorgeous styled shoot with the whole wedding party in their actual wedding attire soon!
