Amanda & Jon’s wedding was definitely not without adventure! Starting with a beautiful welcome party on the beach (so dreamy with the fire pit and fog creeping in), their wedding weekend had a very strong chance of rain in the forecast. Thank goodness for the amazing team at The Resort at Longboat Key Club, they moved the ceremony from the (very windy) beach to the gorgeous lawn at Harbourside Ballrooom (and thank goodness we didn’t have to be moved inside!). It was spitting rain all morning and whipping wind but right as we started the first look the sun came out and the wind calmed down and literal magic happened right before our eyes. These two deserved the beautiful, joy-filled day that they got and I’m so happy to have been part of it!
