Sometimes you meet people and it’s like you’ve known them all along. This is exactly how I felt when I sat down to my consultation with Erin. Besides the red curly hair & freckled face with made me feel as if I was staring into a mirror, we soon discovered that she and her now hubby Drew currently live about 2 blocks from my old apartment in Brooklyn. I’m sure we crossed paths among the brownstones from time to time! These two sweethearts were married at Selby Gardens, which was a perfect setting for practicing Buddhist Drew. Their ceremony was so full of love, guests hardly noticed the FREEZING temperatures (this was on the coldest day of the year this February)! Even the butterflies were too cold to properly release (so all the guests lovingly gave them new homes in the nearby shrubs). Under the stars during the reception, we were all warmed up by an incredibly choreographed First Dance (to the tune of “Get Down on it” by Kool & The Gang) and some pretty intense shots of Hungarian palika. Cheers!
