Hallie & Seth’s story is almost too adorable to believe. After being set up by Hallie’s best friend (who is engaged to his brother), the two started to discover that their families had known each other years and years ago and they have photos to prove it 🙂 After enduring a terrifying tornado and Covid together in Nashville, celebrating their love together with their very close families here in Siesta Key was the perfect start to the rest of their story! Also we need to talk about how they were able to include their perfect cat Lou into the wedding day (peep those cookies) and their wedding portraits! So obsessed with these two!

Boca Grande holds a special place for many of us locals but especially for Marisa & Clay! After spending years vacationing there together it was on the beach in Boca Grande where Clay asked Marisa to marry her. So it was an obvious place for them to celebrate their wedding! They embraced all the tropical vibes of The Gasparilla Inn into their wedding details and we took advantage of all the gorgeous spots for photos. I always love shooting in Boca Grande and this day was no exception!

After seven years of being together Gerrianne & Taylor made it officially official with a STUNNING wedding ceremony at Bay Preserve. In front of friends and family they exchanged vows that made all of us cry, even the seasoned wedding professionals like myself and the officiant 🙂 These two are so clearly made for each other, it was evident in every moment of the day.

Aileen & Martin have been vacationing from Scotland with Aileen’s family on Siesta Key for years so when they got engaged, Sarasota was their #1 choice for a wedding! Even when they had to reschedule TWO TIMES because of Covid and quarantine restrictions in the UK, their dream Sarasota wedding was always in their minds. When the day arrived, everyone around this adorable couple and their family could feel the pure joy that it was finally happening. Their ceremony took place under a beautiful draped arch by So Staged, and the reception included a caricature artist, my photo booth & some amazing dance floor moments. I felt like part of the family and cannot wait to see them all again at their next vacation!

Music brought Nathan & Sasha together, they met at a music festival and according them “have the same bop”, so music became their wedding theme, from the decor to the EPIC reception. They incorporated disco balls throughout their celebration which took place at Sunset Beach Resort on Siesta Key, and had their guests blow bubbles as they danced down the aisle after saying “I Do”. Sasha’s dress had so much sparkle, she became a walking disco ball! They also threw an amazing dance party after dinner & cake with music by Sarasota funk group, the Kara Nally Band. Guests danced all night under the hand-crafted paper fringed ceiling of the tent. More weddings like this please!
